I think the best approach is to build a prototype and share with this group. As I said in the introduction to this project we don't really have a clear definition of what EnhydraME will be or need at this stage. However the increase in computing power on wireless/PDA devices and the need to operate in a disconnected fashion seem to warrant a micro application server.
