ME: RE: kDB

Hi Andreas,

kDB is currently a place holder for a micro database project. It needs a
project chair (maybe you?) and contributors.

As I'm certain you know, you have access to the RMS, although the RMS is not
easily accessible by Java developers familiar with JDBC. Our thoughts
around kDB are two-fold, a superlight JDBC-like driver, and either a
replacement for RMS, or the ability to choose between either RMS or a new,
faster storage repository.

Is your company likely to be able to contribute to this project?
